Cabbage with Sardines

1 medium sized cabbage, shredded
1 can of sardines in tomato sauce (mashed)
1 cup of vegetable stock
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon of oil
salt
a dash of ground pepper

heat the pan, sautee the garlic until it turns golden brown, add the cabbage and pour the vegetable stock. let it simmer for 5 minutes, add the sardines and let it simmer again for another 5 minutes. Mixed it well until the cabbage absorbs the flavor of the sardines, dash some salt and pepper then serve.
